♥ Alright, so before anything… YES, this is ANOTHER package from Mary :) Hehe. This one is not actually a “swap.” We just decided to buy things for each other and well.. here it is haha!!! I received her package a couple of weeks ago and here’s what she got me!

zOMG! Cute noh?!!! I freaking love the purse, like.. SOOOO SOOO MUCH!!! ♥ I actually picked this one out haha Thank you so much Mary! I really really love it. (I love crowns too so it’s perfect!!!) Oh, and I love GOLD and that Grey color is perfect! Ahh I just love it. I can’t get over how cute it is!!!!

Also the makeup bag is soo adorable :) Definitely gonna use it when I go out next time! It’s perfect for clubbing <3 I'm definitely digging the studs!

Not gonna lie, I was def stoked to see these. I’m almost done with my Skinlogics Moisturizer so this SilkBee Face Moisturizer is just perfect :) Also, I’m in need of mini brushes to keep in my purse :) Thank you love, they are super super cute too and omg the bristles are so soft!

YAYYY OMG! My NYX Lipstick “collection” is definitely growing :) I started off with just 2, but then after the Swaps with Hieu and Denise.. mannn :) And now I got 3 more! ♥ Thank you so much love!!! I love lippies, nyx, and these shades of pink ♥ hehe You know me toooo tooo well!!!

Tips & Tricks

1. Eye Shadow Base: Always use an eye shadow base! It helps keep your eye shadow stay on for a longer period of time and also prevents it from creasing/smearing.

2. Foiling: This is a great way to make “loose pigments/mineral” eye shadows stand out more! Applying them wet really makes the color pop (and well, easier to apply), but of course… don’t get it too wet. What I usually do is, I just get my brush just a little bit damp; instead of putting water directly into the pigment… because you can accidentally put TOO MUCH water, and that’s no good.

3. Highlight/Brow Bone Color: Never use anything shimmery.. unless it’s a night out or unless the rest of the colors that you use are not shimmery. Too much shimmer is just.. TOO MUCH! It’s a NO NO.

4. Cheeks & Lips: Don’t apply too much blush when you have a heavy eye makeup. Same with your lips. You always just want the attention onto ONE THING (at a time); and this time… it’s on the eyes. Remember, less is more.

So I’ve been uploading videos on YouTube like crazy lately… (only because I’ma be working EVERYDAY next week!) *sigh* Anyways, I’m gonna start this post with the latest video at the moment, which is the “bonfire” outfit & mini haul ♥

EOS: I finally got some :) I found them at my local Walgreens. I only picked up two of them, Summer Fruit & Honeydew. (The yellow one is “lemon” something.. and I’m not a big fan of lemon so I passed on that one.) Anyways, I’m currently using the Summer Fruit lip balm and I love it sooo soo much!!!!

Now… you all know I don’t usually buy “high-end” cosmetics because, well, I’m cheap and I think that drugstore products are comparable to some high-end cosmetics. Also it is easier to share with you all because it’s affordable and does the job. But I have been wanting to try out Lancome for a long time now. So I went ahead and bought a couple of products from Lancome. Before anything, I still do LOVE drugstore products but I’m also now going to start investing into the higher brands…

You guys are also probably wondering, “how come I don’t buy MAC products?” And well the answer to that is.. the nearest MAC counter by me is 2hours away; so it’s pretty difficult to get into MAC. So I decided, I’m gonna just buy Lancome, Clinique, and Estee Lauder for now… hopefully I’ll buy more MAC later on…

* Lancome Effacerness Waterproof Protective Undereye Concealer in Clair II ($28.50) – I’ve been using this and I’m so so loving it so far! Omg :) Love ittt!!!!
* Lancome Hypnose Drama Instant Full Body Volume Mascara in Excessive Black ($24.50) – Okay… I couldn’t resist and used it today (6/20) and OMG i love it :) My new FAVE *FAVORITE* mascara!!!! I also love love the brush!

loll Well.. ever since I bought that eyeshadow base and post blemish formula from them.. I just wanted to try MORE of their products. I ended up buying the Clinique Long Lasting Glosswear SPF 15 in First Blush ($14.00). I love love the color but I don’t wear it alone… I love putting it on then a lipstick over it. It makes the lipstick last longer and of course, look glossier! :) ♥

I recently did a swap with my best friend Hieu (XxLangDuxX); our budget was $50 and we decided on giving each other at least one high-end brand product and of course, he gave me all high-end product! haha that lil skank :P I love him! Here’s what he got me.

♥ This has been requested/asked for a lot… so here it is :) This is what I do everyday; I hope the following tips & such helps, hehe.

* Starting off with a CLEAN face. *
STEP 1: Apply Olay Active Hydrating cream (Original).
This hydrates and reduces redness.

STEP 2: Apply L’Oreal Eye Defense (Eye cream).
Reduces puffiness around the eyes, helps prevent dark circles, and reduces wrinkles.

STEP 3: Apply Skinlogics Moisturizer.
I don’t apply too much of this. I usually just apply it on the areas where it tends to get “oily.”

STEP 4: Apply CoverGirl&Olay SimplyAgeless Eye Concealer.
This is a great concealer, I highly recommend it. It is super creamy and really does the job, but sadly like all other CoverGirl products… I’m allergic to it somehow. So I only use this to cover blemishes and all that… I don’t use it around my eyes.

* I use a SPONGE to blend it all in… *

STEP 5: Apply Milani Concealer.
This is a good concealer also, this is what I use around my eyes.

STEP 6: Apply Neutrogena Healthy Skin Enhancer (Tinted Moisturizer).
This acts as my foundation. Don’t get me wrong.. I love love foundations, I have like a ton of them haha. But for the summer, I don’t want to be wearing all that much makeup and since I don’t really need the coverage; this is what I use. This is super lightweight and gives me enough coverage, also… for what I’m around all day (work) this is great of it!!! It doesn’t get oily, it doesn’t cake up, it stays on for a long time.
I also LOVE how the colors are for this… It blends well with my skintone :) Oh and the packing is GREAT (with a PUMP!! HOLLA!!!) And I think it has this “scent” which I surprisingly like. lol

* I use about half a pump on each side of my face. *
* ALMOST half a pump for my forehead. *
* I STIPPLE this all over my face. *
* Dab with a SPONGE & BLEND with the e.l.f. Studio Line Powder Brush. *

STEP 7: Apply Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder.
As much as I love the “dewy” finish… I’d prefer “matte.” Plus, this is my all time fave pressed powder! It controls the shine on your face for hours, I love it!

STEP 8: Apply HardCandy So Baked Bronzer.
Since it is summer, I feel that it’s okay to wear A LOT of bronzer haha. I love bronzers :)

STEP 9: Apply Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder.
Yes, again, just to kinda “set” my bronzer hehe.
