F.A.Q.

Do you use any heat protectant before applying heat to your hair?
Not all the time.. I don’t really like putting different (chemicals) in my hair. Plus, my hair doesn’t get damage that easily :)

What is your hair color?
Not really sure… it’s like a dirty blonde.

What hair straightener was used in the video?
Ionika Hair Straightener

How long do your curls stay in?
My curls stays in for the whole day.. sometimes even the next.

What products work best at keeping your style? (curls) all day? Any tips?
For me, if I really want my curls to stay in for the whole day… I curl it right AFTER I blow dry my hair and I don’t use any hairspray; because hairspray adds weight to your hair and will make your curls not as bouncy. But if you have hair that doesn’t stay curly w/o any products try hairspray.. I recommend Aussie MEGA Hairspray (Flexible Hold), that’s my fave.

Yess, I’m starting my blog post with my May Favorites ♥ If you haven’t seen it, watch it! *click play on the video above* haha So a more in depth with my May Favorites (why I love love love them soooo much!?)

I’m loving PURPLES/Dark colors ♥
O.P.I. Done Out In Deco & Revlon Ultra Violet – You guys definitely need to check these out :) They are such pretty colors. Done Out In Deco is more towards pastel, and as for Ultra Violet… it’s darker.
O.P.I. Russian Navy – Gorgeous deep BLUE color! It has a purple tint/flex to it also.

SUMMER Nail Polish Colors ♥
Revlon Tropical Temptation & Minted – Gorgeous colors! Tropical Temptation is amazing, it is SUCH a pretty coral color… it’s really perfect for summer!!! :) As for Minted, the color looks really promising already; I haven’t used it yet so I CAN NOT WAIT! lol

Rimmel is STILL my fav!
Rimmel Professional Eyebrow Pencil in Hazel – Oh My Gosh! This is the PERFECT shade for my eyebrows ♥ I love it soo muchhh!!! Usually, my eyebrow pencils are either too light or too dark; and this one is PERFECT ♥ I love the fact that it has the brush on the cap also.. very handy!

Mascaras
Physicians Formula Organic Wear Mascara in Black – I love the brush of this, it last all day AND it doesn’t go on clumpy onto your lashes! Totally love it!!!!
L’Oreal Double Extend with Lash Boosting Serum in Black – OMG, My fave fave fave! It comes with a primer; which is sooo nice. This definitely works great for my lashes :) Stays on for a long time and doesn’t go on clumpy!

Summer Limited Edition ♥
The Revlon Super Lustrous Lip glosses are freakingggg AMAZING!!! They are SOO SOO Loved ♥ I believe there’s ONLY 5 (correct me if I’m wrong); I have Firecracker, Coral Reef, Pink Pop, Lilac Pastel, & Peach Petal. You guys know I’m not a huge fan of lip glosses… but these are so nice! They go on smoothly, doesn’t dry out my lips, long lasting, AND NOT STICKY!!!! YAYY ♥

And what girl doesn’t like lipsticks? ^^ Lately I’ve been loving/using Revlon Colorburst in Soft Nude, MAC Liberty of London Lipstick in Peachstock, Revlon Matte Lipstick in Pink Pout, Rimmel Lasting Finish Lipstick in Pink Blush & Crush.

Revlon Finishing Mineral Powder in Suntan Matte: At first I didn’t like this… at all. Because for some reason it wasn’t doing anything due to that it looked like it got wet for some reason and it wouldn’t go onto my blush.. so I had to SCRATCH off the top layer. EEekkk but NOW, it’s working just fine and I’m loving it! It’s kind of like a bronzer because it is a little darker than my skin color but I love it haha

Milani Powder Bronzer in Light: Loving this sooo freaking much!!!! I mix it with my Rimmel Natural Bronzer for contouring :) It works great with it and ALONE.

Neutrogena Healthy Skin Enhancer (Tinted Moisturizer) in Light to Neutral: I’ve been contemplating on getting this for a while now, only because I wasn’t sure how this was gonna work out for me.. But I gave in and got it :) And so far, it’s my new best friend! Since it’s summer, I like to wear LESS MAKEUP and this is perfect!!!!

This little purse from WalMart has got to be one of my faves HAHA (on CLEARANCE for $7.00) Crazy right? It’s so cute.. I love it!!!! ♥

Memorial Day Weekend

:) For those who follow me on twitter, then you already know that I was out of town last weekend. On Saturday… me tom and a couple of friends went to Appleton, WI and went shopping. :D Later that night, Tom and I went up to his camp with his family… we stayed there for the weekend.

We didn’t do much… just relaxed, ate A LOT, four wheeling, dirtbike, boating.. all that fun stuff :) I didn’t take that much pictures because my camera died… :( But here’s what I have lol. (It’s mostly Sushi haha)

So I’ve been getting a lot of questions about my hair… and instead of answering it all one by one; I decided to make a video :) Also, below are MORE INFORMATION…

What color is your hair?
- In The video, it was more of a Golden blonde.
- Now, it’s more like a dirty blonde with highlights.

Do you get your hair done? or do you do your own hair?
- I do my own hair. (Box dye)

What shampoo/conditioner do you use?
- Herbal Essence Dangerously Straight
- Mane ‘n Tails

What deep conditioners do you use?
- Virgin Coco Hot Oil by Hair Treats (Philippines)
- Coconut Milk Hot Oil by Hair Treats (Philippines)
- Essential Ultra Honey & Shea Butter Intensive Hair Mask (Singapore)
I deep conditioner my hair at least three times a week :)

How do you color your hair?
- Box Dye: REVLON ColorSilk
I always pick up the Ash Blondes because I don’t like the “copper/reddish/orange” tones.
I always use 2 boxes to dye my hair.
I NEVER dye “just my roots,” I always dye my whole hair… (I know that’s bad, but.. I do it that way.

How often do you dye your hair?
- Never less than a month. Sometimes it is once a month… but I like to give my hair a break here and there.. so sometimes I don’t dye it for a couple of months.

Do you get highlights/lowlights?
- I’ve only had highlights TWICE now… 1st time was April ’09 and last time is June ’10.

May Collective Haul

I wasn’t really planning on buying any Nicole by O.P.I. nail polish.. but I just couldn’t help it! The shape of the bottle is just tooo cute hehe; And they’re always on “sale” at Walgreens. hehe

I’m also becoming a fan of Sinful Colors :) **I forgot to show this in my video, I got the color “Fusion Neon” & “Snow Me White,” soo pretty!** The second picture has such poor lighting! (Top Shine & Soul Mate)

I’ve been wanting these and I found them at Walgreens :) Now… I didn’t buy them all at once okay!? LOL Any who, I believe there’s only 5 in the Summer 2010 Limited Edition. If not, please do let me know; because I want them all haha I love these ♥

These wipes as got to be the worst smelling wipes in the world!!!! EWwwww loll But I love the nailpolishes :) If you don’t have “Tropical Temptation” and/or “Minted” go get it now!!!
