I just want to let you all know that I will be gone for quite a while due to work and just life really. I really WILL try to put some videos up SOON.. possibly tonight, but if not… then maybe Thursday. I’ve just been so busy lately! Today is memorial day = family day! loll Tomorrow, I work. I have so many HAIR FAQ blog post and I think 2/3 videos on my YouTube Channel… but even so, I still get asked so many questions about my hair; so I decided to make this blog post. Going back from my light hair last summer to how my hair is right now..
Here is everything you need to know. Hopefully this answers everyone’s questions about my hair. ♥

Basic hair questions

Is this your natural hair color?
- No, I’m 100% Filipino so my natural hair color is jet-black.

Is your hair straight or curly?
- My hair is naturally straight.

What is your? hair cut called? Is there anything specific you ask for when you get? it cut? Is it layered or what?
- First off, I never get my hair cut at a salon for every time I go, they never listen to what I want so my hair always ends up looking either wayyy shorter than how I want it or I end up just hating my hair. So I always either do it myself or my sister does it for me ♥
But my hair is pretty much just layers :) My bangs are pass eyes/to my cheeks. So shortest layer is pretty much to my jaw line. I never really cut the bottom layers/take length off, but I did this time for I have so much split ends from dying my hair haha. (And now they are gone!)

What color is your hair?
- It’s more of a Golden/caramel blonde with blonde highlights.

Do you get your hair done? or do you do your own hair?
- I do my own hair. (Box dye Revlon ColorSilk in Light or Dark Ash Blonde)

How do you color your hair?
- Box Dye: REVLON ColorSilk
I always pick up the Ash Blondes because I don’t like the “copper/reddish/orange” tones.
I always use 2 boxes to dye my hair.
I NEVER dye “just my roots,” I always dye my whole hair… (I know that’s bad, but.. I do it that way.

How often do you dye your hair?
- Never less than a month. Sometimes it is once a month… but I like to give my hair a break here and there.. so sometimes I don’t dye it for a couple of months.

Do you get highlights/lowlights?
- I’ve only had highlights TWICE now… 1st time was April ’09 and last time is June ’10.

Did you bleach your hair before?
- I never bleached my hair to get it lighter… I just gradually dyed it lighter each time I dye it :) (See this video, at the end.. you’ll see a slideshow, there you’ll see how often I dyed my hair and how it has changed.)

- Current color as of 02/06/2011 – Reddish Brown (From Medium Brown, I used Clairol Nice & Easy Natural Medium Ash Blonde.)
