♥ While in the Philippines, I got to meet some awesome people!

On the 27th, I met up with Jamie at McDonald’s in Malolos. Can you believe it? She lives in the same subdivision that I was staying at! It was really cool I thought hehe. She was so sweet & cute too! She brought me a present (which I’ll post a picture of later) but it was really really thoughtful of her ♥

Tom took some pictures but it was all of me >.<;;; LOL I wish he would have took some of her too lol but luckily we have at least one picture together ♥

On the 29th, I met up with a few bloggers at Greenbelt :)

I knew Rina for a couple of years now and my goodness she’s really pretty! She doesn’t even wear makeup & look at her! She’s I think 25? I’m not sure but she looks young! She seems super smart/nice too and very mature ♥ I love that about her hehe :)

I’ve known Kimeh for years now through blogging. 4 years I think? And finally, we met :) He told me he wasn’t that tall, so I was expecting to see a short guy.. but nope, he lied! Look how tall he is compared to me!? haha But any who, I love love love him! He’s super nice and seriously just like how I thought he was :) I just love talking to him ♥ He can be your tour guide of the Philippines haha!

Sai is a fellow youtuber so you guys should definitely check her out :) She was so kind and I mean, look at her! She’s preggy and despite the troubles that she had to go through to come see me, she still did it and aww, thank you Sai! Also, it’s such a small world! Her mom/aunt and my mom went to the same High School haha. How crazy is that!?

Seriously, that was such a fun day! I had a blast meeting them and honestly, I was so so nervous! You know how when you’re so nervous that you start to feel hot, then you think you’re sweating but you’re really not? LOL That’s how I was! But after a while, I felt comfortable around them and it was just fun. We talked a lot about of everything ♥ There definitely was a lot of laughter :) hehe

To Jamie, Kimeh, Rina, Sai & Ace: I know I said it already but eeek, I can’t say it enough! Thank you so much (talaga, sobra!) for meeting up with me! It was so much fun ♥ I really hope to meet you guys again next time I come back to the Philippines ♥

Continue reading Weekend Getaway in Las Vegas!…

Hi everyone, I haven’t blogged in a while so I thought I’d jump on here for a few. So first thing, only 5 days left until my trip to the Philippines. I’m so excited that I have everything packed already, except for my carry on. hehe I also already have most of my pre-filmed videos situated, but I still am filming more tomorrow and on tuesday though. Wednesday is when I’m going to edit everything, make my thumbnails and do all the descriptions for them. lol Wow, I sound like a YouTube nerd. Aside from that, I’m also getting my nails done on Wednesday… I might also get my hair done, just my roots though, but I’m not sure yet.

I still have other things to buy at the store: Passort holder, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, dry shampoo. You know, the basics :) Hmm, I keep thinking that I’m forgetting something… but I’m pretty sure I’m not.

Other than that, we are also pretty much done packing for our house. We already moved all our furnitures and 80% of our stuff to the storage unit yesterday, so all that’s really left are our essentials, dishes, some clothes, etc… It’s so weird because our house is pretty much empty. I just really can’t wait to be in the Philippines already. I’m not really looking corward to the “getting” there part though.

It’s an hour flight from Green Bay, WI to Minneapolis… then from Minneapolis to Tokyo, which is like 16hrs? Ugh!!! Oh and then Tokyo to Manila, which is a 5hr flight. Gawd… I’m definitely going to have my tablet, cell, iTouch charged and packed with music and movies! Tom’s too! bahaha We hope they last the whole time to keep us entertained.

If you guys have any apps, movies, music suggestions… let me know ;) So anyways, I literally feel like crap at the moment. Earlier today it was just a headache, now its a little fever and this sickly feeling in my stomach. I blame it on the weather. We seriously got about… 3-6 inches of snow over night and its super cold. Though today the snow is kind of melting though so the roads are pretty much slush. Yuck!

(I love romwe hehe) My order are suppose to come in some time this upcoming week… before I leave for P.I. so I’m excited! Meet dollyBOOK! (Yes, I named my tablet lol) So I purchased a tablet on Black Friday. I got a really good deal on this… it was Originally $499 at RadioShack but they had it on sale for $199 ♥ AMAZING right!? Before I talk more about my Blackberry Playbook, let me just tell you the trouble that I went through before I bought this.

I originally wanted the tablet by “Coby” that I saw online at WalMart but they didn’t have it in stock at the WalMart near me. So Tom & I went over to KMart and found this tablet by Archos that’s suppose to run with Droid 2.2 for ONLY $80! We bought that one then when we got home, found out that it only ran Droid 1.0.2, WTF!? So we go back to the store RIGHT BEFORE they close… Bought the “Coby” tablet that they had there.. I didn’t really get to look at it though for they were closing and the sales person was hurrying us so whatever, we just bought it. I did ask the sales person if it has a camera and she was like YUP. So I was good to go… or so I thought! Got home, opened it and nope.. no camera and I paid $180+ for it!!! I didn’t even bother turning it on or whatever. I didn’t want it…

Woke up on Black Friday around 6am, went back to KMart to return it and to see what else they had… I saw that they had this one on sale for $99.99 (I don’t remember the name though) but it had a camera, ran Droid 2.3 and was a resistive touch screen (which I didn’t want). I wanted to play around with it first but they didn’t have one that was charged and stuff, well… I bought it anyway thinking it’s probably the cheapest tablet I’ll find that day for cheap. After buying that, I don’t know why but I decided to go over to RadioShack… Got there and saw the Blackberry Playbook on SALE for $199! And they only had 2 left in stock! *UGHHH* I bought it! :D loll Returned the other one and here I am.. HAPPY AS CAN BE ♥ I’m pretty sure KMart hates me LOLLL

What I wanted from a Tablet: Lightweight, pretty big screen, non resistive touchscreen, runs adobe flash, has downloadable free apps, WiFi, camera, can sync files, can upload videos to YouTube, HD videos.

Honestly.. with everything I want there and my “budget.” (under $250)
I knew I wasn’t going to get a nice tablet. bahaha! But boy was I wrong O.O;

As most of you might already know… I’ll be in the Philippines from December 9th until January 3rd and I really want to do some type of Meet & Greet.
