Disclaimer: The Proactiv products have been sent to me by the company. I was given a $75 American Express giftcard for this video, however that does not influence my opinion on the product.
Hello loves ♥ Time for another makeup tutorial ^.^ I figure I’d do something kind of colorful this time.. but still wearable. I hope you guys like this tutorial. Also, I apologize for the poor lighting -it’s my first time filming in my makeup room so I’m still working on the lighting and such… also, because of poor lighting, the auto focus is poor as well :( Any who, I still hope you enjoy!

Benefit Cosmetics
♥ Benefit High Beam
Luminescent Complexion Enhancer

If you want a dewy, glowy look, this is definitely the way to go! So natural looking, it’s subtle & soft, it just gives you that dewy, glowy finish. This sample size resembles the full size packaging really well. It has a twist off cap and a brush applicator (looks like a nail polish).
You can definitely use the High Beam as a highlighter or a illuminizer.
» To use it as a highlight, apply it like how I did it in the video (you can also use this on your brow bone and near your tear duct are to brighten up your eyes & look more awake).
» To use it as an illuminizer, simply mix it with your foundation or moisturizer.

♥ Benefit Posie Tint
Poppy-pink tinted Lip & Cheek stain

The Posie Tint can be use on both lip and cheeks. It’s a bright barbie pink color which I think is very suitable for all skin tones. Since I’m tan, I do two applications of this (shown in video). Though this product is one of those that less is more! If you’re lighter than me, you will only need 2-3 little dots on each cheek.
I recommend doing one cheek at a time with this product for you do have to work fast with it, or else you’ll end up with splotches on your cheeks (which is not pretty). So definitely do a little at a time :)
I really love this product for the summer/hot weather for it lasts all day. I haven’t tried this on my lips yet but once I do, I will post a swatch of it. Keep in mind that you can definitely build up the intensity of the stain for both lips & cheeks.

♥ Benefit Benetint
Rose tinted Lip & Cheek stain

I was definitely unsure of how I would like the Benetint, but I came to love it.. on my lips :) I guess it’s one of those products that you either LOVE or just really don’t get what the hype is all about. I think as far as “lip stain” goes, it’s good. I have a medium complexion and it makes my lips super rosy (as shown in video); and evens out the colors of my lips. I really like how it also gives my lips a little moisture so this serves as my “lip balm” before applying my lipstick.
This product also doesn’t dry out my lips, which is a total plus for me. As for it’s lasting power, I don’t really notice the difference if my lipsticks stay on longer or not… Overall, I like this product. I still need to see how I like it on my cheeks though.
